Ask yourself, "Why not me?"

Short term missions is an interesting and relatively new concept in our lives as believers. They provide an excellent opportunity to come alongside, to assist and encourage Nationals and long term missionaries accomplish the task of the Great Commission. It also gives us the opportunity to get to know them in a way which will increase our ongoing interest in their lives and ministry. This should cause us to give and pray and communicate more with them.

For us, short term mission experiences help to move us from our comfortable western ways of life, and show us there are different ways to do many things. They show us firsthand that there are millions upon millions of lost and dying people in this world, and they burden our hearts for them.
