Women's Ministry at FBC

We have a thriving Women's Ministry here at FBC.  

We feature Women's Bible studies and many different opportunites to connect with other Women in our congregation.

Women At First

Our monthly programs are designed to teach Biblical Truths through a testimony or faith-based message.  The music enhances worship and stimulates appreciation for the gifts God has given to His children.  The feature keeps us abreast with what is happening in our world culture, our local community and our immediate neighbourhood.  We hope to encourage, mentor and inspire our women through writing workshops, guest authors, Bible studies and challenging, vibrant Christian motivational speakers.  Along with supporting Missions overseas, many Women At First members put feet to their resolve by volunteering at Jubilee House, Orillia Pregnancy Resource Centre, Food for the Homeless, Food Bank and God's Meals on Wheels.  We also support our church ministries such as Family Circle, choir, Bible studies and prayer groups.  We bathe all we do in prayer at every executive and monthly meeting.  We usually meet the 2nd Thursday of the month, please check the News section of our website for details of the upcoming meeting.  All women are welcome to attend!
