Seniors

You don't have to be "old" to attend senior events. Young 55's are welcome.

First Baptist Seniors, known as "Happy Happenings" have their monthly meeting, usually on the third Thursday of the month at 10:30 a.m. We often have a guest speaker and special music followed by the best meal in Orillia for $6.00.  We ask for people to sign up by the Sunday before, for these events or call in to the church 705-326-3800 if you forget.

The first Thursday of the month we join together with the folks at Bethel Baptist at 2:30 for "Tea With The Pastor." Again, please sign up.

The last Sunday of most months we hold a "hymn sing" at the church with special music included. This is open to all but it is a time for seniors to sing the old songs of the faith.
