Dear Parents & Campers,

For many years, First Baptist Church, Orillia has rented the facilities of Camp Kwasind to run a five day residential camp for the children of Orillia & area. The cabin leaders are all volunteers from local churches. Volunteer leaders dedicate a week of their time to better the lives of children, and to give them opportunities to experience… God’s love & power, Nature, Mentoring, Community Living, Life Skill Development, Fun & Friendships!

We believe that this year’s “WE CHALLENGE YOU” Orillia week, can and will change kids’ lives forever. A Monday to Friday overnight camp experience on beautiful Skeleton Lake at Camp Kwasind (www.kwasind.com). Located off Hwy. #141 in Utterson
(about 90 km from Orillia).

The Total Camp Experience!

• Great Food & excellent facilities
• A Muskoka Setting with rustic look wood framed cabins
• A safe place to make friends, and to enjoy summer.
• School Bus transportation from Orillia (First Baptist Parking Lot) to Camp Kwasind on the Monday Morning, and returning Friday Afternoon.
• Total cost for camp is $295 per camper. A deposit of $125 is due with registration. The balance is due by June 30.
• Financial assistance is available upon request and approval.
• Space is limited and registration is accepted on a first come, first served basis!

The Process…

1. Please complete the camper registration form, and send it with deposit to First Baptist Church, Orillia.
2. Once the application and deposit are received, you will be mailed a medical form, brochure, packing instructions, program details, and schedule information.
3. Make sure you invite your friends!
